10 Year Anniversary for CEO Stephanie McPherson

Last month, Trent Lakes Public Library CEO, Stephanie McPherson, celebrated 10 years with the library! The Trent Lakes Library Board and Staff are grateful for Stephanie’s loyalty to the community she serves, and her passion for expanding the libraries collection and programs. 

Peterborough County Paramedic Visit

Everyone was enthralled when the Peterborough County Paramedics and their service dog Charlie came to visit for Story Time on August 2nd. They shared with the large crowd what their job as a paramedic entails and then let the children tour the ambulance. Trent Lakes Public Library would like to thank the Peterborough County Paramedics for sharing their time and knowledge with us.

Trent Lakes Fire & Safety Visit

The library was excited to have a visit from Trent Lakes Fire and Safety on July 5th to help kick off the Summer Story Time program.

Food for Fines

This summer TLPL is doing a "Food for Fines" program where we will waive your fines with a donation for the Trent Lakes Outreach Centre Food Bank! You can drop off any non-perishable items at either branch of Trent Lakes Public Library.

Items that are needed include: canned/non-perishable meat, stews, vegetables,  personal hygiene, and laundry/cleaning products.

Let's help out the community and fill the donation bins!
